Since our topic for the past three weeks has been focused around iPhone games, I'd like to share my latest obsession. While everyone is tied up playing the usual angry birds, doodle jump,or updating their status on the Facebook app, I have gotten addicted to the game, Words with Friends. It's basically scrabble with a new name. I got hooked thanks to my friends, what a coincidence. Now I'm playing with my boyfriend, roommate, and even my mom. I don't know why I'm so amused with spelling words to get points, but I feel compelled to continue playing. Each time a game ends we start up a new one almost instantly. If you haven't tried the game out I warn you, it's very addicting and competitive! But I also encourage you to play, who can pass up a classic game like scrabble that tests yours and your friends' intelligence? Gotta love it!

Flash website blog post
I chose the site got milk? It's cute and interactive. The imagery is filled with animals working together to produce the milk products in a factory setting. I found it interesting that no cows are present in the animation or even at all throughout the website. I really like the layout of the whole website. It's user friendly and pleasing to the eye. And most importantly, fun!

Post 8: An object well designed
Just the other day I was given pink roses by my wonderful boyfriend. Not for any particular reason, except out of the kindness of his heart. Since these flowers are not designed by the hands of a human, they are even more precious and beautiful in my opinion. One thing that makes nature so amazing, is the beautiful objects it creates for us. These flowers are colored a beautiful bright pink and when ready to bud, they spread out to create an amazing radial design. Each separate petal is needed to create the aesthetic as a whole. Unfortunately, once picked from the ground and placed into a pot of water, they only have a lifespan of at-least 1 week. Even though they only stay vibrant for a short period of time, I still enjoy recieving flowers and decorating my room with them.
